Creative Design & Services curated and orchestrated the execution of the live flower and plant package for the entirety of this red-carpet event, spanning arrivals, photo ops, and sponsor activations. Additionally, our expertise in plantscaping and floral arrangement extended to enhancing the theater's opera box displays and live stage show features.
We brought the designer’s vision of Casa Madrigal to life with fresh bougainvillea, hydrangeas, and other blossoms fluttering with bright yellow butterflies, all inspired by the animated town of Encanto.
There were several sponsor activations at this event. We provided the concept, sourced props and florals, and collaborated with 15|40 to craft a film-inspired mini kitchen featuring full-size Whirlpool appliances. Additionally, we undertook the responsibility of sourcing, assembling, and styling props and florals for the client-designed Brother activation.
At the El Capitan Theatre, we took the lead in installing colorful flower arrangements within their opera boxes and around significant set pieces for their live stage show.
It's noteworthy that special Covid safety protocols were implemented across all aspects of this project.
