B. Creative Design & Services styled and installed the historic artifacts and memorabilia while creating a management sheet and developing proper handling protocol for scenic décor and archival assets. We directed and led installation of all plants, sourced and styled scenic décor throughout the exhibit, and returned to lead the dismantle and packaging of the same.
This was the third installation of this exhibit, in as many countries. The designers and producers wanted to ensure the safest transportation of priceless original items now and in the future. We were asked to create a cataloging system and establish a written protocol for the packing and handling of artifacts and memorabilia on loan from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Marley family. We were also asked to reassess the current archival displays and lead their installation and dismantle.
Our scope of work was expanded to include several other sections of the exhibit. We directed and participated in the installation of floor to ceiling artificial foliage in the expansive One Love Forest and newly added Cannabis Room. We also sourced new props, styled, and safely secured décor in the Black Light Room and multiple road case displays. We completed our contribution to the installation by thoughtfully installing a uniquely designed overhead art gallery.
